Fit in 15 Club

Fit in 15 Club is for busy people who want a time efficient way to work out. Maybe you’re new to exercise and want somewhere to start, maybe you’re returning to exercise after a break or maybe you’re just so busy, you can’t commit to full length workouts. Whatever your reasons, this is perfect for you. 

 

What you get:

 

3 x 15 minute live workouts a week (Do the workouts with me live or catch up when you want) Classes will be a mix of cardio, strength and stretch. Lots of variety-including HIIT, Pilates, Dumbbell workouts, Step, Combat, Freestyle Fitness Yoga, Run Club and more! Take the classes at your own level. Different options given so you can take things at your own pace, whether you’re a beginner or experienced fitness fanatic! 

 

Access to a bank of prerecorded 15 minute workouts to do whenever you like as well. You can access these as soon as you sign up, if you want to get started before the live classes begin in January. 

 

Classes delivered via a private facebook group. 

 

Tips and hacks to help your fitness and overall health and wellbeing

Support and accountability. 

All for £15 a month! This is a rolling membership-you can start and stop your membership at any time.
