Zumba Gold is a low-impact, latin-inspired, dance-fitness class. No equipment required-just a smile! This class is taught with feel-good music to leave you feeling energised and uplifted. The class is taught live on Zoom every Wednesday 9.30-10.15am.

As a member, you will also get access to my members’ WhatsApp group to feel part of a community and to get full support from me. Zumba Gold members also have access to my members’ bonus class, which could be anything at all-it is voted for by members each week!

The cost per month membership is only £14. Live Zumba Gold classes are accessed via a Zoom link. Occasional bonus Zumba classes are hosted on the Zumba website and the link shared via the Zumba Gold Facebook group.
