Service Description
Mobilise and stretch with me, as I guide you through a 45 minute feel-good Fitness Pilates session, designed to relieve stiffness, energise the body and de-stress the mind. Suitable for all abilities, including beginners. Then, enjoy sumptuous cakes and refreshing hot or cold drinks, in a relaxed and friendly setting. Then, follow along with Thistle and Sketch’s expert guidance, as you create your very own iconic Highland Cow masterpiece to take home. This is a friendly, creative and relaxed painting session and will give you the chance to try something new and fun in a social, welcoming environment. No experience is needed, as you will be patiently and professionally guided throughout, however there is plenty of space to add your own creative flare! You will be provided with all art materials, including the canvas board, which you will take home with you. Take some time out for you! Nourish your body and mind with this wonderful wellbeing morning. Cancellation Policy
Bookings may be cancelled and refunded up to 24 hours prior to the first date of the class block. Refunds are generated by Wix payments and may take 5 working days to complete. Please note: individual classes cannot be cancelled and refunded, if booked as part of a block. If you are unable to attend one or several classes as part of a block booking, you may instead be offered a class recording for Pilates classes. For all other classes, you are invited to join me for a class in my online studio, in lieu of your missed class. Pay as you go classes can be cancelled and refunded individually if given 24 hours notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the class block or PAYG class commencing will be charged in full. This is due to limitations in class numbers and to enable your place to be advertised and filled by another participant. Classes cancelled by the instructor will be refunded in full. Please note - Specialist Workshops are non refundable. Many thanks for your understanding.
